Yes! We ship everywhere in the world. Just be sure to check that the items you’re ordering will clear customs in your country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping takes from 1-5 weeks, depending on where you live.

 Can I pay cash upon delivery? / Can I cc you the money personally because I do not have a credit card?

Unfortunately, our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions and Paypal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different  fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the  time to source for quality yet affordable products.

 I have entered an incorrect address can I correct it?

 If you have misspelled or auto filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to  your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@magicflyingboutique. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit.
